Tavira Property Brokers are not estate agents. Our business is designed purely and simply to help our property buying clients through every stage of the resettlement and / or investment process, from NIF to banks to mortgages.
This means more business, more income and less work for you!
How does it work?
Well, we spend a lot of time and effort qualifying that our clients are serious buyers, so when we introduce them to you, you can be sure there is an excellent chance of a sale.
We will already have prepared or be in the process of preparing the mortgage, funds transfer, NIF, representing lawyers and anything else our client needs our help with.
We work hard in researching properties to find the best amongst the Estate Agents we work with. This means we will cover with you health issues, access, style of property in detail before introducing the client to you, so there is no wasted time in viewings properties we know they will not buy.
When the client does choose, we take care of everything and only ask you to become involved if there is something we cannot do ourselves.
Simply put, we are client catchers!
As a business you spend a lot of time listing properties, taking pictures and negotiating terms with property owners.
Our job is at the other end. Our time money and effort is spent finding serious buying clients to introduce to you.
When a client buys, we split the commission between your agency and our office. Each party is responsible for its own tax liabilities. In this regard we will provide a detailed headed invoice/receipt for any payment made to us. This is, of course, a fully tax deductible expense for your business.
In summary we are proposing a clean simple business partnership that will benefit your income and sales targets.
